Shipping & Returns

TRM strives to provide dependable service and shipping options for each customer. 

Orders over $500 pre-tax will receive free shipping. Orders under $500 are subject to shipping charges. 

All orders are subject to a small handling fee. This fee may include freight, except for additional carrier charges related to special delivery services and hazardous material shipments. Special orders and hazardous materials are subject to additional freight charges.

Local Delivery

Delivery is available for customers within a 70 mile radius of Tupelo, MS. 

Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours.

Carriers may be United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Please inspect your package for damage or tampering before accepting a delivery. Discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours after receipt of merchandise. 

Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses. Additional charges may apply for expedited deliveries. 

Hazardous materials cannot be shipped by air.

TRM will only ship orders within the Continental U.S.

Returns

All returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. Merchandise cannot be returned without prior approval. 

Merchandise must be returned unmarked and in its original, unopened, sealed package. Any merchandise returned in unacceptable condition will not be eligible for credit. 

Special orders, hazardous materials, dental alloy, and used items are NOT returnable.
